# §10512. Applications


To request a grant under this subchapter, the chief executive officer of a [State](/usc/34/11103.md?p=7) or [unit of local government](/usc/34/11103.md?p=8) shall submit an application in such form as the [Attorney General](/usc/34/10307.md?p=1) may require.
