# §10497. Reports


A [State](/usc/34/11103.md?p=7) or local [law enforcement](/usc/34/12291.md?p=a-23) agency or organization that receives a grant under this subchapter shall submit to the [Attorney General](/usc/34/10307.md?p=1) an annual report that includes—

- (1) program descriptions;
- (2) the number of staff employed to administer programs;
- (3) the number of individuals who participated in programs; and
- (4) an evaluation of the effectiveness of grant programs.
