# §10425. Evaluation


Each [State](/usc/34/10410.md?p=3) that receives a grant under this subchapter shall submit to the [Attorney General](/usc/34/10307.md?p=1) an evaluation not later than March 1 of each year in such form and containing such information as the [Attorney General](/usc/34/10307.md?p=1) may reasonably require.
