# §10367. “Local entity” defined


For purposes of this subchapter, the term “local entity” means a child support enforcement agency, [law enforcement](/usc/34/12291.md?p=a-23) agency, prosecuting attorney, or [unit of local government](/usc/34/11103.md?p=8).
