# §10273. Conspiracy to commit offense against United States


Any [law enforcement](/usc/34/12291.md?p=a-23) or criminal justice program or project underwritten, in whole or in part, by any grant, or contract or other form of assistance pursuant to this chapter, whether received directly or indirectly from the [Office of Justice Programs](/usc/34/11103.md?p=4-B), [Bureau of Justice Assistance](/usc/34/11103.md?p=4-A), the [National Institute of Justice](/usc/34/11103.md?p=4-C), or the [Bureau of Justice Statistics](/usc/34/11103.md?p=4-D) shall be subject to the provisions of [section 371 of title 18](/usc/18/371.md).
