# §10105. Inclusion of Indian tribes


For purposes of sections [10103](/usc/34/10103.md) and [10104](/usc/34/10104.md) of this title, the term “[State](/usc/34/11103.md?p=7)” includes an [Indian](/usc/34/12291.md?p=a-18) [tribal government](/usc/34/11103.md?p=45).
