### Operation of Repeals

Pub. L. 117–263, div. K, title CXVIII, § 11808(b), Dec. 23, 2022, 136 Stat. 4166, provided that: “The repeals under paragraphs (5) and (6) of subsection (a) [repealing sections 714 and 715 of this title] shall not affect the operation of section 103 of title 14, United States Code.”
