# §702m. Interest of Members of Congress in contracts for acquisition of land


In every contract or agreement to be made or entered into for the acquisition of land either by private sale or condemnation as in sections [702a](/usc/33/702a.md), [702b](/usc/33/702b.md) to [702d](/usc/33/702d.md), [702e](/usc/33/702e.md) to [702g](/usc/33/702g.md), [702h](/usc/33/702h.md), [702i](/usc/33/702i.md), [702j](/usc/33/702j.md), [702k](/usc/33/702k.md), [702l](/usc/33/702l.md), 702m, and [704](/usc/33/704.md) of this title provided the provisions contained in [section 6306(a) of title 41](/usc/41/6306.md?p=a) shall be applicable.
