# §702k–2. Separability


If any provision of sections [642a](/usc/33/642a.md), [702a–1](/usc/33/702a–1.md), [702a–2](/usc/33/702a–2.md) to [702a–12](/usc/33/702a–12.md), [702g–1](/usc/33/702g–1.md), [702j–1](/usc/33/702j–1.md), [702j–2](/usc/33/702j–2.md), and [702k–1](/usc/33/702k–1.md) of this title, or the application thereof, to any person or circumstances, is held invalid, the remainder of the said sections, and the application of such provisions to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby.
