# §702i. Certain sections applicable to property and rights acquired or constructed


The provisions of sections [407](/usc/33/407.md), [408](/usc/33/408.md), [411](/usc/33/411.md), [412](/usc/33/412.md), and [413](/usc/33/413.md) of this title are made applicable to all lands, waters, easements, and other property and rights acquired or constructed under the provisions of sections [702a](/usc/33/702a.md), [702b](/usc/33/702b.md) to [702d](/usc/33/702d.md), [702e](/usc/33/702e.md) to [702g](/usc/33/702g.md), [702h](/usc/33/702h.md), 702i, [702j](/usc/33/702j.md), [702k](/usc/33/702k.md), [702l](/usc/33/702l.md), [702m](/usc/33/702m.md), and [704](/usc/33/704.md) of this title.
