The project for flood control of the Lower Mississippi River adopted by sections [642a](/usc/33/642a.md), [702a](/usc/33/702a.md) to [702a–1a](/usc/33/702a–1a.md), [702a–2](/usc/33/702a–2.md) to [702d](/usc/33/702d.md), and [702e](/usc/33/702e.md) to [702h](/usc/33/702h.md), [702i](/usc/33/702i.md) to [702m](/usc/33/702m.md), and [704](/usc/33/704.md) of this title is modified and, as modified, is authorized and adopted.
