# §3915. Outreach plan

- (a) **Definition of rural community—** In this section, the term “rural community” means a city, town, or unincorporated area that has a population of not more than 10,000 inhabitants.
- (b) **Outreach required—** Not later than 180 days after November 15, 2021, the [Administrator](/usc/33/3901.md?p=1), in consultation with relevant Federal agencies, shall develop and begin implementation of an outreach plan to promote financial assistance available under this subtitle to small communities and rural communities.
