# §3911. Regulations


The [Secretary](/usc/33/426h–1.md?p=2) or the [Administrator](/usc/33/3901.md?p=1), as applicable, may promulgate such regulations as the [Secretary](/usc/33/426h–1.md?p=2) or [Administrator](/usc/33/3901.md?p=1) determines to be appropriate to carry out this chapter.
