# §3844. Additional authority of the Administrator


The [Administrator](/usc/33/3801.md?p=1), in consultation with the [Secretary](/usc/33/3801.md?p=10), may establish, as necessary, terms and conditions regarding the removal and disposal of [antifouling systems](/usc/33/3801.md?p=2) prohibited or restricted under this chapter.
