# §3805. Utilization of personnel, facilities or equipment of other Federal departments and agencies


The [Secretary](/usc/33/3801.md?p=10) and the [Administrator](/usc/33/3801.md?p=1) may utilize by agreement, with or without reimbursement, personnel, facilities, or equipment of other Federal departments and agencies in administering the [Convention](/usc/33/3801.md?p=3), this chapter, or any regulations prescribed under this chapter.
