# §3049. Recall to active duty


The provisions of [chapter 39](/usc/10/chstA/ptII/ch39.md) of title 10 relating to recall of retired [officers](/usc/33/3002.md?p=b-3) to [active duty](/usc/33/3002.md?p=b-1), including the limitations on such recalls, shall apply to commissioned [officers](/usc/33/3002.md?p=b-3) of the [Administration](/usc/33/3002.md?p=b-7).
