# §3010. Awards and decorations


The [Under Secretary](/usc/33/3002.md?p=b-8) may provide ribbons, medals, badges, trophies, and similar devices to members of the commissioned [officer](/usc/33/3002.md?p=b-3) corps of the [Administration](/usc/33/3002.md?p=b-7) and to members of other uniformed services for service and achievement in support of the missions of the [Administration](/usc/33/3002.md?p=b-7).
