# §2234. Nonapplicability to Saint Lawrence Seaway


Sections [2231](/usc/33/2231.md), [2232](/usc/33/2232.md), and [2233](/usc/33/2233.md) of this title do not apply to any [harbor](/usc/33/2241.md?p=4) or [inland harbor](/usc/33/2241.md?p=5) project for that portion of the Saint Lawrence Seaway administered by the Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation.
