# §1976. Authorization of appropriations


Of the amounts authorized under [section 1968(a) of this title](/usc/33/1968.md?p=a), the [Secretary](/usc/33/1971.md?p=2) of Commerce shall use up to $1,000,000 to carry out this subchapter.
