# §1975. Report to Congress


Not later than 60 days after the date on which a cash prize is awarded under this title,[^1] the [Secretary](/usc/33/1971.md?p=2) shall post on a publicly available website a report on the [prize competition](/usc/33/1971.md?p=1) that includes—

- (1) if the [Secretary](/usc/33/1971.md?p=2) has entered into an agreement under [section 1973 of this title](/usc/33/1973.md), a statement by the [Marine Debris](/usc/33/1981.md?p=6) Foundation that describes the activities carried out by the [Marine Debris](/usc/33/1981.md?p=6) Foundation relating to the duties described in [section 1973 of this title](/usc/33/1973.md); and
- (2) a statement by 1 or more of the judges appointed under [section 1974 of this title](/usc/33/1974.md) that explains the basis on which the winner of the cash prize was selected.
