# §1486. Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund


The Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund shall be available to the [Secretary](/usc/33/1471.md?p=4) for actions taken under sections [1474](/usc/33/1474.md) and [1476](/usc/33/1476.md) of this title.
