# §305. Federal Financing Bank


The Federal Financing Bank, established under section 4 of the Federal Financing Bank Act of 1973 ([12 U.S.C. 2283](/usc/12/2283.md)), is subject to the direction and supervision of the Secretary of the Treasury.
