# §935. Utilization of services of State and local agencies


With the consent and cooperation of [State](/usc/30/802.md?p=c) agencies charged with [administration](/usc/30/802.md?p=n) of [State](/usc/30/802.md?p=c) workmen’s compensation laws, the [Secretary](/usc/30/802.md?p=a) may, for the purpose of carrying out his functions and duties under [section 932 of this title](/usc/30/932.md), utilize the services of [State](/usc/30/802.md?p=c) and local agencies and their employees and, notwithstanding any other provision of law, may advance [funds](/usc/30/934.md?p=a) to or reimburse such [State](/usc/30/802.md?p=c) and local agencies and their employees for services rendered for such purposes.
