# §1308b. Transfer of computer hardware, software and other technical equipment


In fiscal year 2015 and each fiscal year thereafter, with [funds](/usc/30/1291.md?p=7) available for the Technical Innovation and Professional Services program in this or any other Act with respect to any fiscal year, the [Secretary](/usc/30/1291.md?p=23) may transfer title for computer hardware, software and other technical equipment to [State](/usc/30/1291.md?p=24) and tribal regulatory and reclamation programs.
