# §717. Client assistance information


All programs, including [community rehabilitation programs](/usc/29/705.md?p=4), and projects, that provide services to [individuals with disabilities](/usc/29/705.md?p=3-B) under this chapter shall advise such [individuals](/usc/29/705.md?p=22) who are [applicants](/usc/29/705.md?p=22) for or recipients of the services, or the [applicants](/usc/29/705.md?p=22)’ representatives or [individuals](/usc/29/705.md?p=22)’ representatives, of the availability and purposes of the client assistance program under [section 732 of this title](/usc/29/732.md), including information on means of seeking assistance under such program.
