# §3344. Reduction of reporting burdens and requirements


In order to simplify reporting requirements and reduce reporting burdens, the [Secretary](/usc/29/3272.md?p=15) of Labor, the [Secretary](/usc/29/3272.md?p=15) of Education, and the [Secretary](/usc/29/3272.md?p=15) of Health and Human Services shall establish procedures and criteria under which a [State board](/usc/29/3102.md?p=57) and [local board](/usc/29/3102.md?p=33) may reduce reporting burdens and requirements under this Act (including the amendments made by this Act).
