# §3304. State plan


Each [State](/usc/29/3102.md?p=56) desiring to receive funds under this subchapter for any fiscal year shall submit and have approved a unified [State plan](/usc/29/3102.md?p=58) in accordance with [section 3112 of this title](/usc/29/3112.md) or a combined [State plan](/usc/29/3102.md?p=58) in accordance with [section 3113 of this title](/usc/29/3113.md).
