# §3201. Operations

- (a) **Operating plan—** The provisions of the contract between the Secretary and an entity selected to operate a [Job Corps center](/usc/29/3192.md?p=7) shall, at a minimum, serve as an operating plan for the [Job Corps center](/usc/29/3192.md?p=7).
- (b) **Additional information—** The Secretary may require the [operator](/usc/29/3192.md?p=8), in order to remain eligible to operate the [Job Corps center](/usc/29/3192.md?p=7), to submit such additional information as the Secretary may require, which shall be considered part of the operating plan.
- (c) **Availability—** The Secretary shall make the operating plan described in subsections [(a)](#a) and [(b)](#b), excluding any proprietary information, available to the public.
