# §2634. Compensation

- (a) **Pay—** Members of the Commission shall serve without compensation.
- (b) **Travel expenses—** Members of the Commission shall be allowed reasonable travel expenses, including a per diem allowance, in accordance with [section 5703 of title 5](/usc/5/5703.md) when performing duties of the Commission.
