# §3703. Injunctions


A civil action to enjoin a violation of [section 3702](/usc/28/3702.md) may be commenced in an appropriate district [court](/usc/28/3002.md?p=2) of the [United States](/usc/28/3002.md?p=15) by the Attorney General of the [United States](/usc/28/3002.md?p=15), or by a [professional sports organization](/usc/28/3701.md?p=3) or [amateur sports organization](/usc/28/3701.md?p=1) whose competitive game is alleged to be the basis of such violation.
