# §2519. Conclusiveness of judgment


A final [judgment](/usc/28/3002.md?p=8) of the [United States](/usc/28/3002.md?p=15) [Court](/usc/28/3002.md?p=2) of Federal Claims against any plaintiff shall forever bar any further claim, suit, or demand against the [United States](/usc/28/3002.md?p=15) arising out of the matters involved in the case or controversy.
