# §177. Disbarment of removed judges


A [judge](/usc/28/351.md?p=d-1) of the United States Court of Federal Claims removed from office in accordance with [section 176 of this title](/usc/28/176.md) shall not be permitted at any time to practice before the Court of Federal Claims.
