L. 101–121, title I, § 120, Oct. 23, 1989, 103 Stat. 722, which directed the Commissioner of the Office of Navajo and Hopi Indian Relocation to prepare a report for Congress concerning relocation of households and members of each tribe, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
