# §5805. Schools to business incubator pipeline


The [Secretary](/usc/25/5802.md?p=10) shall facilitate the establishment of relationships between [eligible applicants](/usc/25/5802.md?p=2) receiving funds through the [program](/usc/25/5802.md?p=8) and educational institutions serving [Native American](/usc/25/5802.md?p=5) communities, including tribal colleges and universities.
