# §5371. Annual budget list


The [Secretary](/usc/25/5361.md?p=9) shall [list](/usc/25/5130.md?p=3), in the annual budget request submitted to Congress under [section 1105 of title 31](/usc/31/1105.md), any funds proposed to be included in [funding agreements](/usc/25/5361.md?p=4) authorized under this subchapter.
