# §4243. Authorization of appropriations


There are authorized to be appropriated to the [Department](/usc/25/4221.md?p=1) of Housing and Urban Development for grants under this subchapter such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005.
