# §415c. Approval of leases


The [Secretary](/usc/25/5130.md?p=1) of the Interior shall approve no lease pursuant to sections [415](/usc/25/415.md) to [415d](/usc/25/415d.md) of this title that contains any provision that will prevent or delay a termination of Federal trust responsibilities with respect to the land during the term of the lease.
