# §3907. Authorization of appropriations

- (a) **General authorization—** There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out this chapter.
- (b) **Coordination—** The activities required to be performed by the [Director](/usc/25/3902.md?p=2) under this chapter shall be coordinated with activities related to [solid waste](/usc/25/3902.md?p=10) and sanitation facilities funded pursuant to other authorizations.
