# §2720. Dissemination of information


Consistent with the requirements of this chapter, sections [1301](/usc/18/1301.md), [1302](/usc/18/1302.md), [1303](/usc/18/1303.md) and [1304](/usc/18/1304.md) of title 18 shall not apply to any gaming conducted by an [Indian tribe](/usc/25/2703.md?p=5) pursuant to this chapter.
