# §2714. Judicial review


Decisions made by the [Commission](/usc/25/2703.md?p=3) pursuant to sections [2710](/usc/25/2710.md), [2711](/usc/25/2711.md), [2712](/usc/25/2712.md), and [2713](/usc/25/2713.md) of this title shall be final agency decisions for purposes of appeal to the appropriate Federal district court pursuant to chapter 7 of title 5.
