# §2210. Tax exemption


All lands or interests in land acquired by the United States for an [Indian](/usc/25/2201.md?p=2) or [Indian tribe](/usc/25/5130.md?p=2) under authority of this chapter shall be exempt from Federal, State and local taxation.
