# §2105. Effect of other provisions


Nothing in this chapter shall affect, nor shall any Minerals Agreement approved pursuant to this chapter be subject to or limited by, sections [396a](/usc/25/396a.md) to [396g](/usc/25/396g.md) of this title, or any other law authorizing the development or disposition of the mineral resources of an [Indian](/usc/25/2101.md?p=1) or [Indian tribe](/usc/25/2101.md?p=2).
