# §2014. Recruitment of Indian educators


The [Secretary](/usc/25/2021.md?p=17) shall institute a policy for the recruitment of qualified Indian educators and a detailed plan to promote employees from within the [Bureau](/usc/25/2021.md?p=2). Such plan shall include opportunities for acquiring work experience prior to actual work assignment.
