# §1667a. Definitions


In this part:

- (1) **Administration—** The term “Administration” means the [Substance Abuse](/usc/25/1603.md?p=21) and Mental Health [Services](/usc/25/1603.md?p=18) Administration.
- (2) **Demonstration project—** The term “demonstration project” means the [Indian](/usc/25/1603.md?p=13) youth [telemental health](#3) demonstration project authorized under [section 1667b(a) of this title](/usc/25/1667b.md?p=a).
- (3) **Telemental health—** The term “telemental health” means the use of electronic information and telecommunications technologies to support long-distance mental health care, patient and professional-related education, public health, and health [administration](#1).
