# §8785. Termination

- (a) **In general—** The provisions of sections [8721](/usc/22/8721.md), [8722](/usc/22/8722.md), [8723](/usc/22/8723.md), [8725](/usc/22/8725.md), [8726](/usc/22/8726.md), [8727](/usc/22/8727.md), and [8771](/usc/22/8771.md) of this title, subchapter I, and subchapter III shall terminate on the date that is 30 days after the date on which the President makes the certification described in [section 8551(a) of this title](/usc/22/8551.md?p=a).
