# §8172. Report on revisions to initial United States declaration


Not later than 60 days before submitting to the [IAEA](/usc/22/8102.md?p=6) any revisions to the [United States](/usc/22/8102.md?p=13) declaration submitted under the [Additional Protocol](/usc/22/8102.md?p=1), the President shall submit to Congress a list of any [sites](/usc/22/8102.md?p=12), [locations](/usc/22/8102.md?p=8), [facilities](/usc/22/8102.md?p=5), or activities in the [United States](/usc/22/8102.md?p=13) that the President intends to add to or remove from the declaration, and a report thereon.
