# §8171. Report on initial United States declaration


Not later than 60 days before submitting the initial [United States](/usc/22/8102.md?p=13) declaration to the [IAEA](/usc/22/8102.md?p=6) under the [Additional Protocol](/usc/22/8102.md?p=1), the President shall submit to Congress a list of the [sites](/usc/22/8102.md?p=12), [locations](/usc/22/8102.md?p=8), [facilities](/usc/22/8102.md?p=5), and activities in the [United States](/usc/22/8102.md?p=13) that the President intends to declare to the [IAEA](/usc/22/8102.md?p=6), and a report thereon.
