# §8131. Protection of confidentiality of information


Information reported to, or otherwise acquired by, the [United States](/usc/22/8102.md?p=13) Government under this chapter or under the [Additional Protocol](/usc/22/8102.md?p=1) shall be exempt from disclosure under [section 552 of title 5](/usc/5/552.md).
