# §7429. Withholdings


Funds withheld from the United States share of assessments to the United Nations or any other international organization during any fiscal year pursuant to [section 7401 of this title](/usc/22/7401.md) are authorized to be transferred to the Embassy Security, Construction and Maintenance Account of the Department of State.
