# §4224. Fees; accounting; stamps


The provisions of [sections 1196](/usc/22/1196.md)[^1] and [4223](/usc/22/4223.md) of this title, relative to official fees and the method of accounting therefor shall apply to diplomatic officers below the grade of minister and to consular officers.
